Michaels is active in his community. His involvement includes the Crowley Rotary Club, past Chairman of the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development, and the Acadia Parish Industrial Development Board. He is deacon and Sunday school teacher with the First Baptist Church of Crowley, is a regular volunteer at the local outreach kitchen, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of Realtors Association of Acadiana, a member of Louisiana Commercial Database, and a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance

Mike is an honor graduate of Louisiana College in Accounting with a focus in Finance, where he was a student ambassador and standout baseball player. He, his wife Elea, and their son, Bo, proudly call Crowley home.

Will graduated as an honor graduate from the University of Louisiana Lafayette in Management. Before going to Lafayette, he went to school and played two years of college baseball at Bossier Parish Community College. He and his wife Taylor proudly call Crowley home.
